Community Farm Stand: Vendor Agreement 

Vendor Agreement: Goat Yoga Alabama Farm Stand

Welcome to the Farm! We are excited to partner with local Shelby County makers and producers. This agreement outlines our partnership for both our digital sales and our physical pasture market.

1. Facebook Live Sales ("Farm Stand Live")

• Schedule: The 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM Central Time. Emergencies happen times may change.

• The Tuesday Deadline: All products for the Live Sale or the Farm Stand must be physically delivered to the farm by Tuesday.

• Product Info: Deliveries must include a list specifying Quantity, Price, and Ingredients/Materials (especially for food, pastries, and candles) so we can accurately answer customer questions.

• Engagement: All vendors are required to join the Goat Wellness/Yoga Alabama Facebook page to stay updated and engage with customers during live events. Once again if you can’t be there I understand. 

2. Product Labeling Requirements

To ensure safety and professionalism, all products must be properly labeled before arrival:

• Food & Pastries: Must include Product Name, Net Weight, Ingredient List, and your Business Name.

• Candles: Must include a Warning/Safety Label (readily available on Amazon).

3. The Front Pasture & Farm Stand (May – September)

We offer two ways to sell on 1st and 3rd  Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: May close due to a goat class from 11 to 12 pm. 

• The Farm Stand (Hands-Off): If your products are stocked in the Farm Stand, you do not have to be physically present. I will manage the sales for you.

• Front Pasture (In-Person): If you prefer to sell in person, you may set up Tailgate Style and sell directly out of the back of your truck or vehicle in the front pasture.

4. The 75/25 Commission & Shipping

• Split: You receive 75% of the gross sales; the Farm Stand retains 25%.

• Shipping: We handle mailing for online/Live orders. The actual postage cost will be deducted from the Farm Stand 25%  for that specific sale.

5. Payout Schedule & Methods

• Timing: Vendor payouts are processed every Monday following the Facebook Live and Saturday sales.

• Methods: Payment sent via your choice of Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
