It’s a calm and uplifting way to promote mindfulness, release stress with lots of cuddles with our goats. No yoga teaching just cuddles and love in this class. 🐐 Goats may jump on you during this class. But don’t worry, the goats are lightweight and very friendly. Before you proceed with your purchase, please review our class policies below: 🐐 Mindfulness with Animals: Please be aware that some of our classes involve interaction with live animals. We ask all participants to be respectful and mindful of the animals/goats' space and well-being during the session as well as the property. Leave it as you found it. 💚 📷Photography Policy: By attending our classes, you agree that photographs taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes by 💗Goat Yoga Alabama💗. All images remain the property of 💗Goat Yoga Alabama💗. Please fell free to share your pictures on all our socials. Doing so could win you a free class or party. 📸 Please see contest rules. 😭Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel we understand. Simply email us Goatyogaalabama@gmail.com to change the date.
